Description

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines self-defense,
dance, and acrobatics.  Classes are developmentally appropriate, and
provide students with an opportunity to learn by playing instruments,
singing songs, and moving their bodies. Capoeira helps to build
self-esteem, coordination, rhythm, strength, flexibility, and
cooperative skills.
